Jean Vetter
Jean Vetter, Nonprofits First, Inc., Director of Human Resources Management Services, has over 15 years Human Resources experience in management, business administration, recruiting, benefits, payroll, and compliance. Her background includes collaborating with legal professionals to prepare employee handbooks and maintain sound business documents from which best practices are based. She played an integral role on the Nonprofits First, Inc. HR Team that was nominated for Palm Beach County's HR Department of the Year Award, for significant contributions to the Nonprofit Community. Jean is a holder of a Bachelors of Science Degree in Psychology, Social Work, and Communications, as well as a Master of Arts Degree in Business/Organizational Development from Western Michigan University. She is also a certified AVA Analyst. She has used her education & certification as a base from which to provide HR Services to organizations nationwide.
